How do I spot a phishing email?

Be cautious if an email:
- Creates urgency, for example account suspended or payment overdue
- Comes from an address that looks slightly wrong, such as a misspelt company name
- Asks you to click a link, open an unexpected attachment or sign in
- Asks you to change banking details or buy gift cards
- Has a generic greeting or poor spelling
Hover over a link to see where it really goes. If unsure, do not click. Contact the sender using a phone number you already know. If you clicked something, change your password and log a ticket straight away.
